How to Place an Order with Young Broz

Welcome to Young Broz! Follow these simple steps to place your order for high-quality DTF transfers, custom names and numbers, or gang sheets. Let’s get started:

Step 1: Prepare Your Artwork

Ensure your artwork meets our required specifications:

File Type: PNG

Resolution: 300 DPI

Background: Transparent

Double-check your design for clarity. Small details and fine text may not print perfectly.

Step 2: Select Your Product

Browse our Shopify store and choose the DTF uploader that fits your needs:

Single Image DTF Transfers: Perfect for ordering single designs in one or multiple copies.

DTF Gang Sheets: Available in any length needed! Ideal for maximizing print efficiency by combining a lot of different designs on one sheet.

Note: both upload options give you tools to adjust size of the image, but remember the DPI will adjust as well. 

Step 3: Review and Checkout

Add the item to your cart and review your order details.

Occasionally, products may not appear in your cart immediately. If this happens, try refreshing the page, and your cart should update.

Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.

Confirm your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Additional Notes

Processing Time: Orders are processed promptly, however print time is based on volume. We print every weekday, and orders placed by 9am CST will be printed and shipped same day.

Orders placed after the 9:00 am CST cut off will be printed on the next print day.

Refund Policy: Refunds or reprints are only issued for manufacturing errors. Be sure to review our refund policy before placing your order.

What is DTF?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method that allows vibrant, durable designs to be transferred onto a variety of surfaces, including fabric and non-fabric items. 

What items can DTF be used on?
DTF transfers are perfect for T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, hats, fabric bags, card stock, and even cardboard!

Ordering & Customization

What file type do I need to upload?
We recommend a 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background for the best results. If the background is not transparent, it will be printed as a solid white background. 

Printing & Application

What are the heat press settings for DTF transfers?
Set your heat press to 265°F with medium to firm pressure (40-60 lbs) and press for 7 seconds. Peel the film immediately while hot. (Note: on items like cards and cardboard, press time can be reduced to 4-5 seconds.)

Will fine details or small text print well?
Small details and text may not always print perfectly, but we try our absolute best to make sure they do. If you’re concerned, we recommend larger, bolder designs. Check our our instagram @YoungBrozDTF for examples of fine details. 

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns or reprints for manufacturing errors. Refunds are not offered for issues related to image quality or design errors. If you have any issues, reach out via email for fastest response!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location, but we ship the same day an order is printed. We provide tracking information once your order is shipped.
