Welcome to Young Broz LLC! Follow these simple steps to place your order for high-quality DTF transfers, custom names and numbers, or gang sheets. Let’s get started:

Step 1: Prepare Your Artwork

Ensure your artwork meets our required specifications:

File Type: PNG

Resolution: 300 DPI

Background: Transparent

Double-check your design for clarity. Small details and fine text may not print perfectly. Consider using our optional $2 art check to verify print readiness.

Step 2: Select Your Product

Browse our Shopify store and choose the product that fits your needs:

Single Image Transfers: Perfect for ordering a single design in one or multiple copies.

Gang Sheets: Available in lengths from 1 ft to 10 ft, ideal for maximizing print efficiency by combining multiple designs on one sheet.

Custom Names and Numbers: Great for personalizing jerseys and shirts to support athletes on any team.

Step 3: Upload Your Artwork

On the product page, use the Upload File option to attach your artwork.

If you selected the $2 art check service, we’ll review your file and provide feedback if any adjustments are needed.

Step 4: Choose Your Quantity and Options

Specify the quantity you’d like to order.

For gang sheets, ensure you select the correct size (e.g., 1 ft, 5 ft, 10 ft).

Double-check all customization options (e.g., font styles for names and numbers).

Step 5: Review and Checkout

Having Trouble Adding to Cart?

Add the item to your cart and review your order details.

Occasionally, products may not appear in your cart immediately. If this happens, try refreshing the page, and your cart should update.

Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.

Confirm your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Additional Notes

Processing Time: Orders are processed promptly, however printing is based on volume. We print on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Orders placed before 4:30pm CST will be printed and shipped by the next business day. 

Orders placed after the 4:30pm cut off will be printed on the next print day. 

**Rush orders are available based on volume. If a rush is needed, after placing your order, contact us with your order number. A rush fee of $10 + 10% of the orders total (pre tax) will be added to the invoice. For example, a 10ft gang sheet ($82.50) + Rush Fee ($10) + 10% time adjusted rush fee ($8.25) would bring the total to $100.75 pre tax.**

Refund Policy: Refunds or reprints are only issued for manufacturing errors. Be sure to review our refund policy before placing your order.

What is DTF?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method that allows vibrant, durable designs to be transferred onto a variety of surfaces, including fabric and non-fabric items. Visit our "What is DTF" page for more details!

What items can DTF be used on?
DTF transfers are ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, hats, fabric bags, card stock, and even cardboard.

Ordering & Customization

What file type do I need to upload?
We recommend a 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background for the best results. If the background is not transparent, it will be printed as a solid white background. 

Can you check my artwork before printing?
Yes, we offer an optional $2 per image art check to review your design and ensure it meets print standards. In the situation your art is not perfect for printing, we will reach out to let you know what is needed to make sure the transfers meet our quality standard. 

What fonts and colors are available for names/numbers?
We offer black or white colors and font options like GoBold, Impact, and Athletic.

Printing & Application

What are the heat press settings for DTF transfers?
Set your heat press to 265°F with medium to firm pressure (40-60 lbs) and press for 10 seconds. Peel the film immediately while hot. (Note: on items like cards and cardboard, press time can be reduced to 4-5 seconds.)

Will fine details or small text print well?
Small details and text may not always print perfectly, but we try our absolute best to make sure they do. If you’re concerned, we recommend larger, bolder designs. Check our our inspiration page for examples of fine details. 

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns or reprints for manufacturing errors. Refunds are not offered for issues related to image quality or design errors.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and order size. We provide tracking information once your order is shipped.
